J’ai été très déçue de mon rdv de ce jour. La personne qui s’est occupée de moi ne parlait pas français, soupirait très fréquemment, arrêtait de travailler des qu’elle recevait un message sur son Apple Watch, me faisait mal jusqu’au point de saigner (bien que je lui ai dit d’y aller plus doucement). Le vernis était une catastrophe, j’ai du lui demander de tout recommencer car il ne tenait pas (alors que c’était du semi permanent). J’avais du vernis partout sur les mains et ai passé plus d’une heure pour une “simple” manucure. Je n’ai pas pour habitude de me plaindre mais je n’ai pas non plus pour habitude d’avoir un service comme celui-ci chez vous.. j’espère être la seule cliente à qui ceci soit arrivé.
